Where is the eBook available?
The iBooks version is available through iTunes in the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. The Kindle Edition is available in all countries through Amazon.com. The Google Play version is available in all countries through Google Play. The VitalSource version is available in the US, UK, and Australia through VitalSource Bookshelf. What is the difference between the iBooks and Kindle Edition versions?
The Kindle Edition is designed to be read on Kindle devices and through Kindle reading apps. If you like to increase the type (font size) to be larger when you are reading or if you are planning reading from a phone, this version may be for you.
